You follow YouTube channels you care about. Every time one of those channels publishes a new video, we generate an AI summary — a write-up, the main points with timestamps, a detailed analysis, and tagged topics. You can read the bite on the site, search the archive, and get bites by email.

No. We use the video's captions as the input, but what we deliver is an AI summary — structured, condensed, with highlights and timestamps. If you want the raw transcript, YouTube already provides one on the original video.

Whatever channels our users add. The scheduler checks tracked channels every 3 hours for new uploads. If a video has captions and is in a language we support, we'll generate a bite for it.

Mostly — but not always. Summaries are produced by a large language model from the video's captions, and AI gets things wrong: misattributed quotes, missed nuance, hallucinated numbers, the occasional flat contradiction. Treat each bite as a starting point and watch the original video before relying on anything important.

The AI's interpretation of the video. They are not the views of TubeBite, the creator, or YouTube. We don't endorse, fact-check, or curate the underlying videos — we just compress them.

Yes — send the link via the contact form. If a summary is materially wrong (or a creator wants their channel removed), we'll act on it.

Yes. Open the billing portal, click cancel, and you keep access until the end of your current period. No phone calls, no retention dance.

We have a refund policy covering billing errors, accidental yearly renewals, and the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off window for first purchases. We don't do partial refunds for unused time on a normal cancellation.

The descriptor reads TUBEBITE.CC (or TUBEBITE on banks that truncate). If you see a charge you don't recognise, reach out via the contact form before opening a chargeback — it's almost always faster to fix it directly.

Your Google account name and email, the channels you follow, your email-frequency preferences, and Stripe billing metadata. We never see your card number. Full breakdown on the privacy page.

GDPR applies — you can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time via the contact form, using the address on your account.

Yes. If you're a business and need a signed DPA before subscribing, request one via the contact form and we'll send our template.

Submit a deletion request via the contact form using the address on your account and we'll delete it (typically within 30 days). Active subscriptions are cancelled at the same time. Note: previously-published summary pages are about the underlying videos, not about you, and we don't take those down on account deletion.

Yes. Submit a removal request via the contact form using a channel-verifiable address (one listed on the channel itself, or a reply via the channel's contact form), and we'll remove the channel and its bites from the site.

No. We use the public YouTube Data API and the public captions on each video. We are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to YouTube or Google beyond being an API consumer.

The service is operated from the USA and used worldwide. International data transfers are covered by the appropriate Standard Contractual Clauses — see the privacy page.
