2. What you get

An account lets you follow YouTube channels and receive AI-generated summaries by email and on the site. Free accounts are subject to channel limits and a delay before full summaries unlock; paid plans remove those limits per the pricing page.

4. Third-party content

Videos are hosted on YouTube. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, or any creator we cover. Embedded videos are subject to YouTube's terms. We do not host the videos themselves.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape or resell our summaries; reverse-engineer the service; use it to harass, defame, or violate anyone's rights; bypass paywalls or rate limits; or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed by Stripe on a monthly or yearly cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not retroactively refund the current period. See our refund policy for the limited cases where we issue refunds.

Prices may change. We'll give you reasonable notice before any change affects an active subscription.

7. Your account

You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure — anyone who can sign in as you can read your bites and manage your subscription. You can delete your account at any time via the contact form.

8. Intellectual property

The TubeBite site, brand, and code are ours. The original videos belong to their creators. AI-generated summaries are made available to you for personal, non-commercial use; you may share an individual summary link, but you may not bulk-export, republish, or train other models on our output without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubeBite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on a summary. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law (for example, fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if continuing to provide the service becomes impractical. We'll give reasonable notice unless an immediate suspension is needed to protect users or the service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a material change we'll notify active subscribers by email. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Colorado, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
